本机主要用于将已经粉碎的海绵与胶水搅拌混合，再经过发泡成型模，经油压系统压成相应要求密度的再生泡绵。本机具有搅拌、混合、加压成型的整套流水生产线，生产效率极高。最新研制的全自动带蒸汽装置模具，更可将生产效率提高5倍.

Product description: This machine is  mostly used for foam flocks that come from foam crushing machine blown into mixing drum of foam Re-bonding machine after mixing with adhesive ,the mixture is dropped down into a mold where it goes under hydraulic pressure to shape bonded foam.The new develoPped automatic rebonding machine,with a steam,which can produce foam 5 times as fast as form one.
